Options for paying a court fine
1. Pay online with a debit or credit card at www.missouripayments.com or by calling them directly at 877-222-4668. You will need your ticket number and the amount owed plus our “form number” which is 1214.
2. Mail your payment (money order or cashier’s check) to #200 Civic Center Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Mo 63367. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
3. Your payment may also be left in the night drop box near the front doors of City Hall.

Finance – 636-625-1200
To pay property taxes, please leave check with account number on it in the drop box and finance will mail you a receipt. Please do not leave cash.
Community Development
Apply or pay for a building/sign permit or residential occupancy inspection - visit our website, http://www.lakesaintlouis.com, click on the building permit icon and follow the instructions to login to the CitizenServe Online Portal. If you have any questions or problems logging into the portal please call 636-625-7937 for assistance. Planning and Zoning applications are available on the city’s website and can be submitted and paid for online.
If you are only paying for a permit you may leave your payment in the drop box near the front doors of City Hall. Please include the address of the property you are paying for along with your name and phone number. When the payment is processed your permit will be emailed to you.
Please call 636-625-7937 for any additional questions regarding building permits or residential occupancy inspections. There is no change to our inspection schedule.
