Apply for your permit by using the Citizenserve Online Portal. Plans for Building Permits should be uploaded to the portal with your application.
Residential permit reviews take approximately 10-14 days to complete. Commercial permit reviews take approximately 14-21 days.
Yes, permits are required for driveway and right-of-way work by our Public Works Department. Contact Public Works at 636-695-4221 for information on required permits. No permit is needed for patios or non-driveway related slabs.

Inspections are schedule on an AM (9am-12pm) or PM (1pm-4pm). Inspections must be called in by 3:30 pm on the proceeding business day for a next day inspection.
