The Lake Saint Louis Parks and Recreation Department brings you adult fitness programs to keep your lifestyle a healthy one at any age! Our instructors know how to give you a great workout, teach healthy lifestyles, teach modifications for all ages/abilities and keep you having a positive attitude! Flex & Strength
Join our instructor, Sharon Olson, as she incorporates poses and stretches from yoga and Pilates to increase strength, flexibility and body/mind awareness. Open to students of all ability levels. Modifications will be presented to vary the intensity level for each pose, ranging from beginner to advanced. Please bring your own mat to class. Register for the class.
