The Department of Community Development provides professional planning, building, and code enforcement services in order to promote responsible growth and to ensure that the City remains a well-designed and prosperous community.
City staff work to promote the City of Lake Saint Louis as a destination for businesses, jobs, and economic development.
The Finance Department is responsible for the overall financial administration of the City. It handles the accounting and reporting of all revenues and disbursements for all City funds.
The Court is the Judicial Branch of City Government and is a qualified division of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County. The Municipal Court adjudicates traffic and other ordinance violations primarily filed by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department and Code Enforcement Officer.

The Lake Saint Louis Public Works Department is made up of 20 well trained and dedicated individuals who oversee engineering, construction, and maintenance throughout the City.
