Flex and Strength
Join our instructor, Sharon Olson, as she incorporates poses and stretches from yoga and Pilates to increase strength, flexibility and body/mind awareness. Open to students of all ability levels. Modifications will be presented to vary the intensity level for each pose, ranging from beginner to advanced. **Please bring your own mat to class.**
